I always love to engage myself to new discoveries that will help widen my knowledge in advance technology specially if Filipinos are part of it.  It makes me very proud and admire more of our own and truly Filipinos excell in different areas all over the world.  Good thing we have ADMATEL laboratory that plays a big role for this successful new technology discoveries. 


Advanced Device and Materials Testing Laboratory (ADMATEL) is a DOST national testing laboratory. ... It houses three (3) 100K cleanroom laboratories the Surface Analysis Laboratory, Thermal Analysis Laboratory and the Chemical and Metallurgical Laboratory, which can accommodate sophisticated scientific equipment.

Today April 21, 2021  ADMATEL is here to launch and  proud to introduce the Intelligent Data Analysis System or IDAS, a 100% Filipino-Made technology that will sure pave the way in finding a new perspective of interpreting complex data! This artificial intelligence (AI) tool is capable of advanced profiling of substances suited for quality assurance and quality control compliance. Explore the potential of IDAS as an intelligent solution through this software walk-through.

ADMATEL will brings us the Intelligent Data Analysis System (IDAS) — this is a software where we can conduct multivariate analysis, clustering and kinetic modelling with just a few clicks. which is equipped with artificial intelligence and predictive data analytics capabilities. This software is one of the main outputs of the DOST-funded research project implemented by the Industrial Technology Development Institute (ITDI) and Advanced Science and Technology Institute (ASTI). 
Join us in our virtual launching entitled: “IDAS, An Intelligent Solution for Industry 4.0” which aims to introduce a modern technology developed here in the Philippines and made especially for the industry. Allow us to take you on a software walk-through incorporating chemical and physical information of materials collected using our equipment:
• Time-of-Flight Secondary-Ion Mass Spectrometry (TOFSIMS)
• Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectroscopy)
• Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS)
• Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC)
IDAS has a wide range of application as long as the data, such as those mentioned above can be transformed into numerical datasets. Explore the potential of IDAS as an intelligent solution for failure analysis of materials
