MR. JUNIAS EUSEBIO, SM SUPERMALLS Vice President for Operations
Junias Eusebio oversees the operations of SM’s nationwide network of most-loved Supermalls.
Starting as a Building Administration Officer for SM, Junias rose the ranks, becoming division head of SM’s North Luzon Operations eventually heading its operations across the Philippines. With more than two decades of experience, he heads day-to-day mall management and tenant operations, ensuring mall facilities are safe and meet customer experience standards.
He is also involved in SM’s drive to empower and engage its surrounding communities in line with its corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability efforts.
MS. LIZA B. SILERIO, SM SUPERMALLS Vice President for Corporate Compliance and Sustainability
Engr. Liza Silerio is currently the Vice President for Corporate Compliance Group for SM Supermalls, with 28 years of experience in mall operations.
A registered Civil Engineer, she heads SM Supermalls Sustainability and Resilience and the SM Cares Program Director for the Environment. Formerly mall operations head of the Central region, she led the opening of key malls such as the SM Mall of Asia and successfully managed SM Fairview and SM Megamall. She spearheaded the flagship program Trash to Cash Recycling Market in 2007 and key partnerships with DENR and LLDA, thus serving as the conduit to the SM Prime group’s environmental initiatives. Her impact has extended to public sector resilience, working closely with DOST, DTI, DOH, DILG and OCD.
A 2026 LLDA Kampeon ng Lawa Awardee, she is presently the Co-Chair of the United Nations Office of Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) ARISE Philippines Private Sector Alliance for Disaster Resilient Societies.
MR. GEORGE T. CHEUNG, SM SUPERMALLS Department Head - Assistant Vice President, Waste Management & Sustainability Solutions
George Cheung is the head of waste & sustainability solutions for SM Supermalls and concurrently the President of SM GUUN Environmental Company, Inc., a waste processing center in Cebu under a Joint Venture with Japan's Guun Co., Ltd.
Prior to SM, George was in leadership roles with multinational companies that process and trade agricultural, metal and fuel commodities where residues are converted to renewable gasoline, natural gas, fertilizers and other resources.
